These terms apply when you visit the Deckmates website or join its launch mailing list. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms.
The Deckmates app is still being prepared. Separate app, membership, shop and event terms will be provided where needed before those services become available.
About Deckmates.
Deckmates is an independent collecting community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pokémon, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or their partners. Their names, characters, card artwork and trade marks belong to their respective owners.

Using the website.
You may browse the site and share links to its public pages. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts the service, or use its content to mislead people about a relationship with Deckmates.
Information on the site.
We work to keep the website accurate, but launch plans, illustrations, screenshots and descriptions can change as the product develops. They are not a promise that every shown feature will be available on a particular date.
Collection values, rarity, availability and trading information are not financial advice or a guarantee of what a card can be sold for. Check material information yourself before making a purchase or trade.
Mailing-list updates.
If you join the mailing list, we will use your email address to send the Deckmates updates you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our privacy notice explains how personal information is handled.
Our content.
The Deckmates name, original branding, writing, illustrations and website design are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view them for personal use. You may not copy or commercially reuse substantial parts without permission, except where the law allows it.
Links and availability.
Links to other services are provided for convenience. Those services control their own content and terms. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of this development website and cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
Responsibility.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Deckmates is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from your use of this informational website.
Changes and applicable law.
We may update these terms as Deckmates develops. The date above will change when we do. These website terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes are subject to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
