What you can report.

Contact us about harassment, threats, discrimination, predatory behaviour, unsafe conduct involving a younger collector, misuse of a protected space, scams or other conduct connected with Deckmates.

You can also report something that happened in a participating shop or event where Deckmates was involved. For an urgent issue at a physical venue, speak to venue staff as well.

What helps us review it.

• What happened, where and roughly when.
• The usernames, shop or event involved.
• Links, screenshots or other information you already have.
• Whether anyone may still be at risk.
• How we can contact you safely.

Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence. Please do not send intimate images or passwords.

What happens next.

We’ll acknowledge your message, assess any immediate safety issue and decide what action Deckmates can take. We may ask for more information. We will limit access to the report to people who need it, although we cannot promise anonymity if information must be shared to protect someone or meet a legal duty.

Serious conduct can lead to removal from Deckmates. Where appropriate, we may recommend contacting a platform, venue, police or safeguarding service that is better placed to act.
